1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during the luck99 registration process, or by continuing to access and use the Platform after any changes to these Terms have been notified, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.

These Terms are supplemented by luck99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and luck99. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other luck99 policy documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

3Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use a luck99 account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ luck99 is strictly an adults-only platform. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering, playing, or placing any wager on luck99.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or subject to an active exclusion from luck99.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

4Account Registration

Each individual person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) luck99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a luck99 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested by luck99 during the registration process or subsequently for KYC purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. luck99 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

luck99 reserves the right to close duplicate or fraudulently created accounts and to forfeit all associated balances, including real-money deposits and any winnings derived therefrom.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on luck99 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. luck99 processes deposits and withdrawals through approved payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and USDT TRC20.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your luck99 account dashboard and are subject to change at luck99's discretion with reasonable notice. Current limits apply as displayed at the time of each transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your PKR Balance upon confirmed receipt by luck99's payment processing system.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines stated in luck99's payment terms, which are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals above specified PKR thresholds require completed KYC verification before processing will commence.
• luck99 reserves the right to apply standard anti-money laundering checks to all transactions.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the same luck99 account, or to verified alternatives approved by luck99's compliance team.

6Bonuses and Promotions

luck99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are disclosed at the point of each offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all luck99 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded as Bonus Funds and are held separately from real-money PKR balances until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain uncleared after the specified period will be removed from the account.
• luck99 welcomes players to one (1) welcome bonus package per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome offers by registering multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• luck99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with notice provided where practically possible.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility, luck99's decision is final, made in good faith, and binding on the Player.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on luck99 — including jackpot slots, live dealer casino games, Cockfighting markets, and HBL PSL cricket betting — are governed by individual game rules which are displayed within each game or betting interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

luck99 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within the platform's game information sections. luck99 does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are determined by certified RNG algorithms or real-world event outcomes as applicable to sports and Cockfighting markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game or betting market, luck99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Jackpot winnings are subject to verification before payment. luck99 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on large wins, including jackpot payouts exceeding 5,000,000 PKR, to confirm legitimacy.
• The outcome of live in-play cricket bets (including HBL PSL markets) is determined by official match results. Bets on suspended or abandoned matches are governed by the specific sport rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on luck99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in luck99's platform or games for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any multiplayer game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in relation to cricket, Cockfighting, or any other sports market on luck99.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Allowing a minor to access your luck99 account or play on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards luck99 staff or other players.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the luck99 platform — including but not limited to the luck99 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of luck99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any luck99 content without prior written consent from luck99. Unauthorised use of luck99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

The luck99 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While luck99 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and game integrity, luck99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck99 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings resulting from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the luck99 platform.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised account access where this results from Player negligence.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or game histories.

Nothing in these Terms limits luck99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by luck99's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11Responsible Gaming

luck99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. 18+ The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Gambling should be viewed as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

All registered luck99 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Set maximum session duration limits and receive on-screen notifications when approaching your chosen limit.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing session duration and net gaming result.

12Account Termination

Either party may terminate a Player's luck99 account. A Player may close their account at any time by contacting the luck99 support team, subject to completion of any pending withdrawals and clearance of any obligations under these Terms.

luck99 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account under the following circumstances:

• Material breach of these Terms, including any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within specified timeframes.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant; PKR balances in dormant accounts are held securely and remain withdrawable by the verified account holder upon request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment claim from a payment provider in connection with the Player's account.

Upon account closure, verified real-money PKR balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13Changes to These Terms

luck99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their luck99 account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the luck99 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a Player and luck99 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the customer support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable.
